在Mac上面编译FFmpeg需要安装很多东西，首先是：autoconf 和 automake
请按照以下顺序安装：

好了，现在去找automake管理makefile的源码就可以轻松使用了
另外：
还可能需要安装pkg-config：
由于大部分的开源工程都需要用到pkg-config，在这里附带讲解一下pkg-config for mac 安装过程.
1.检测环境是否已安装pkg-config
再命令行中输入: pkg-config 若未安装，则提示命令未找到.
2.安装pkg-config
curl http://pkgconfig.freedesktop.org/releases/pkg-config-0.28.tar.gz -o pkg-config-0.28.tar.gz tar -xf pkg-config-0.28.tar.gz cd pkg-config-0.28 ./configure --with-internal-glib make sudo make install
到此安装完成
